His work for UN agencies, the World Bank, governments and business were frequently undertaken in post conflict situations and frontier environments. These demanding communication conditions required great care, diplomacy and confidence-building measures to ensure successful outcomes.
Roman is an accredited specialist in the design of multi-sector partnerships between business, government and/or civil groups to address complex challenges. He provides coaching to groups and individuals identifying the goals and benefits of working partnerships, while minimizing risks and obstacles to progress.
Roman is a published author and experienced public speaker. He has lectured and delivered key note speeches at prestigious locations such as the Library of Alexandria, Egypt.
